Dr. Stacie Olson
Dr. Olson is a 1996 graduate from the University of Minnesota. She was employed for 11 years as an as an associate veterinarian at Cedar Pet Clinic. She later took a position closer to home at St. Michael Veterinary Clinic for 2 years before she joined the St. Boni family. Dr. Olson not only enjoys working with dogs and cats but has a strong love in small mammal medicine.
Her interests include a variety of crafts including stamping, scrapbooking, painting and more. She also loves playing golf and cross-country skiing with friends and family.
Dr. Olson lives in Otsego with her two cats Jezzi (pictured) and Madison (who is too shy for the camera).
Dr. Mary Jensen
Dr. Jensen is a 1981 graduate of the University of Minnesota's Veterinary Medical School. She is originally from Kieler a small town in Wisconsin. She has three children; Christy is in her anesthesiology residency at the University of Minnesota Hospitals, Matt is attending St. Thomas Law school, and Jackie is in medical school at the University of Minnesota in Duluth.
Mary's spare time is spent woking in her flower gardens and when able, golfing with her husband. Dr. Scott Jensen owns the Catalyst medical center in Watertown, MN.
Drs. Jensen live in Wacoina with their two shih-tzu's Quincy and Ava.

Cassie Panning, CVT
Cassie grew up in Hamburg, MN and graduated from Central High School in 2000. She went on to study Veterinary Technology at Argosy University. Cassie graduated and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2004. She did her internship and worked at Metropolitan Veterinary Referral Services before joining our team. Cassie also volunteers for a non-profit organization called BART, which teaches firefighters and first responders CPR, first aid and handling and restraint for animals. She also recently started teaching in the Veterinary Technology program at The Minnesota School of Business in Shakopee, MN.
Cassie lives in Hamburg with her 3 cats Sunni, Destiny, and Uno, her 2 dogs Penny and Asher and her turtle Crush.
Erica Hoese, CVT
Erica grew up in Lennox, SD and graduated from Lennox High School in 2001. She went on to study Veterinary Technology at Ridgewater College in Willmar, MN. She graduated and became a Certified Veterinary Technician in 2003. She used to work full-time at the Emergency Veterinary Service in Eden Prairie before joining our team.
Erica lives in Mayer with her husband Eric and their son Cade. They have a weimaraner named Lux.
Paige Pawelk, CVT
Paige grew up in Plymouth and graduated from Wayzata High School in 2002. She then went to the Minnesota School of Business for Veterinary Technology. Paige graduated and became certified in 2005.
Paige lives with her cats Booger and Peter and her dogs Cleo and Doc.
Willow Wiggins, CVT
Willow grew up in Buffalo MN and graduated in 1994. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Stout, she decided to study Veterinary Technology at Argosy University. She has been a CVT for 3 years.
Willow lives in Minnetrista with her husband Aaron. They have 2 dogs Ernie and Esther and 3 cats.
Steph Roepke, CVT
Steph graduated from Waconia High School in 2003. She then went to Ridgewater College in Willmar for Veterinary Technology and graduated in 2005. She did her internship here at the St. Boni Pet Hospital. She then worked at Top Dog Country Club, a boarding facility, for 6 years, before returning to St. Boni Pet Hospital.
Steph lives in New Germany with her fiancé, Jason, and 3 cats, Panda, Booger and Cody and her dog Millie.

Charlie Simon
Charlie started as the groomer here at St. Boni Pet Hospital when it opened and continued to groom until November of 2006 when she became the office manager.
Charlie lives in St. Boni with her husband John and their dog Luke. In her free time she enjoys riding her horse, Sienna, which is boarded in Waconia.

Heidi Bergstrom
Heidi graduated from Central High School. She then attended Oakdale School of Grooming and has worked as a pet stylist in Eden Prairie for the past 5 years. Heidi is living in Mayer with her two dogs and two cats. She is very happy to be part of the St. Boni team.
Roxanne Kurtz, Customer Service Rep.
Roxy joined St. Boni Pet Hospital in April of 2007. She lives in NYA with her husband and her cat Boots. Roxy has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys hiking, biking and going to the beach.
