Online Pharmacy Prescription Information
SBPH will always provide you a written prescription upon request to use at your pharmacy of choice.
However, we would like you to be aware of the risks and problems associated with using unregulated pharmacies such as Chewy and 1-800PetMeds; we have provided more information on this for you in the “Letter to Our Clients” below. We would like to encourage you to use our online pharmacy (see this link or the one at the top of this page) as we have integrated our system for easy Rx approvals and all products are guaranteed should there be any issue or reactions. If you choose to use any other online pharmacy, we will gladly provide you with a written prescription and have you sign a waiver, just one time per client account, to acknowledge that you understand the risks and release SBPH from any liability in regards to those prescriptions.
