Clinic Information

We’re pleased to offer the following services at St. Boni Pet Hospital

Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call the hospital immediately so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Emergencies

Emergencies are life-threatening situations such as poison ingestion, hit by car, and difficulty breathing. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency care do not hesitate to call immediately. We will triage your situation and advise you as to whether we should see your pet or refer you to an emergency care facility.

Prescriptions

Prescription medication refills should be made by phone at least 2 hours before desired pick up time. Refills will be held at the front reception desk for 1 week from the day of the request. After 1 week the medication will be put back into stock if it has not been picked up.

Types of Pets Seen

We have four veterinarians that practice at St. Boni Pet Hospital and care for the following types of pets:

  • Dogs
  • Cats

No Call/No Show Policy

Due to an influx of no call/no shows and last-minute rescheduling, we are instituting a new rescheduling policy. After 2 no call/no shows or rescheduling within 24 hours of a scheduled exam appointment, we will be requiring a non-refundable deposit at the time of rescheduling. This deposit will go towards your services received on the scheduled day. After 1 no call/no show or rescheduling within 48 hours of a sedated procedure (including surgeries), we will be requiring a deposit of 50% of the estimate when rescheduling. Please understand when spots open up in our schedule last minute that we cannot fill, it affects our ability to get other patients in to be seen. This policy is to encourage everyone to commit to the appointments they schedule for and to give us ample notice if rescheduling is needed.
